Tarık Şarlıgil is one of the founding partners of 3 Seas Capital Partners. He has over 20 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, Project Management and Tender Management.

Şarlıgil graduated from Robert College and received his undergraduate degree in Food Engineering from İstanbul Technical University. He received his MBA degree in Sabancı University.

Şarlıgil has completed various M&A transactions in the areas of food, retail, internet, service, FMCG, real estate and logistics, in 3 Seas Capital Partners. He also serves on the boards of various finance and technology companies.

Şevket Başev is one of the founding partners of 3 Seas Capital Partners. Mr. Başev has over 20 years of experience in; Competition Law, Investment Law and Advisory, M&A, Contract Negotiations, Corporate Finance and Corporate Restructuring.

Having graduated from İzmir American College, Başev holds a B.A. in Political and Administrative Sciences from Marmara University, post-graduate degree in International Economic Law in Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris and a master’s degree in European Union Studies from Galatasaray University.

Başev was chosen as one of the top 15 Emerging European Investment Bankers by the Euromoney magazine in 2004. He served as the Chairman and the CEO of IMAP, an international partnership formed by world’s leading financial advisory companies.

Emre Erginler is one of the founding partners of 3 Seas Capital Partners. He has over 20 years of experience in Private Equity funds, Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital, and Corporate Finance. Erginler, also worked as an industrialist during his career.

Erginler graduated from Österreichisches St. Georgs-Kolleg in İstanbul, received his B.A. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University, USA, and his MBA degree from Rice University, USA.

Erginler has successfully completed a number of M&A transactions in the automotive, logistics, industrial, financial services, telecommunications, and energy sectors. He also serves on the boards of various industrial and technology companies.

İbrahim Arınç, who joined 3 Seas Capital Partners in 2007, has more than 20 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Partnerships, Venture Capital Investments, Corporate Finance, Public Offerings and Convertible Securities.

Having graduated from Tarsus American School, Arınç, received his B.S degree in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Economics from Babson College, USA. He also earned an M.Sc. degree in Finance from Boston College USA.

Arınç’s transaction history covers a wide spectrum of sectors including; retail, industrials, high-tech, consumer goods, Internet and energy.

Joined 3 Seas Capital Partners in 2011, Tunç Yorgancıoğlu has more than 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Having graduated from İzmir American College, Mr. Yorgancıoğlu holds a B.A. degree in International Trade from Concordia University in Montreal.

Mr. Yorgancıoğlu has worked in various positions in over 30 M&A projects in sectors such as food, internet and online games, real estate, chemical distribution, retail, industry and mining

Alican Yarbil, who joined 3 Seas Capital Partners in 2015, has over 10 years of experience in:

- Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnerships (M&A)
- Venture Capital Investments.

Alican Yarbil graduated from Simon Rivera High School (Texas, USA) and completed a dual major Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance at Pace University (New York, USA). He then earned a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Reading (Reading, UK).

Bekir Yıldırım has been a member of 3 Seas Capital Partners since its establishment and has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and business development, sectoral research and reporting.

Prior to joining 3 Seas Capital Partners, Mr. Yıldırım served in various positions in the press and publishing sectors including the İzmir representative of one of the national daily newspapers.

H. Can Erkli is a Vice President at 3 Seas Capital Partners, having joined the firm in 2020. He has since advised shareholders, entrepreneurs and investors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across a diverse range of industries, playing an active role from strategic positioning and valuation through negotiations, due diligence and closing.

Prior to joining 3 Seas, Can worked in finance in both London and Istanbul. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from King’s College London, where he graduated with honours.

İlhan Can Öztrak, a graduate of Üsküdar American Academy, completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Koç University Mechanical Engineering Department. Later, he earned his Master’s Degree in the field of Business Finance from Queen Mary University of London. Following his graduation, İlhan Can Öztrak worked for two years in a boutique Dutch Corporate Finance house in Istanbul before joining 3 Seas Capital Partners.
